The chews are processed with maximum care according to our company standards. Proper procedures are followed to maintain the natural property of the chews. The senior supervisor along with other staff prior to shipment inspects all the chews. Chews are checked for moisture level, quality, texture, size, weight, color, mold and mites etc. Only approved chews are packed for shipping. Proper record of batch number along with photo is maintained for each shipment. Indian Government, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Food Technology & Quality Control conducts Quarantine Tests on each consignment before we ship the chews. Government of India requires this test report before we can export from India.

Yes, We have our own manufacturing facility in India. All Quality Checks and Inspection is done there before exporting the product.

Please store the chew in open package in dry place such as table, shelf etc. The chew will go bad, if it sits on moisture (such as water) for more than one hour, and if the dog is not feeding on it.
